Don Light serves as the Principal Chair for the Southwest Florida C12 Groups. He joined C12 in 2010 and later succeeded his father, Don Light Sr., continuing a legacy of serving Christian business leaders in the region.
C12 was founded in Southwest Florida in 1992 by Buck Jacobs. Since then, the organization has grown to serve business leaders in more than 175 cities across the United States, expanded to six continents, and now serves nearly 5,000 members worldwide.
Prior to joining C12, Don enjoyed a successful career in real estate spanning more than 20 years. His most recent leadership roles included Director of Sales for WCI Communities, a publicly traded company, and Vice President of WCI Realty, Inc.
Through C12, Don helps Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives pursue stronger businesses, healthier leadership, and greater purpose through trusted peer counsel and executive coaching.

Don and his wife, Rachelle, have been married for more than 34 years. They are blessed with six grown children and three grandchildren.
