Doug Poll

Building leaders, companies, and C12 forums across Southwest Florida.

Doug Poll has built and grown successful companies and leaders over the last 30 years. His leadership in radio began with building WSMR 89.1 in Sarasota, Florida, from scratch. The station went on to reach a global listenership and 50,000 local listeners in Southwest Florida.

In 2010, Doug started Developing People Group, where he worked with hundreds of leaders to help them discover their unique, God-given talents in the marketplace. In 2015, he handed off the reins of DPG to Terri Burnside and an expanded team of coaches and trainers who continue developing leaders, teams, and workplace cultures.

Doug then turned his focus to building C12 Groups of Southwest Florida, where he now coaches and leads more than 70 business owners and executives each month through six focused business forums and one-to-one coaching.

Doug is married to his wife, Kristen, and has four adult children and two daughters-in-law. He enjoys spending his free time with his new granddaughter, working out, mountain biking, and playing fantasy football and baseball with his boys.

He also volunteers at 360 Church in Sarasota, where he serves as an elder.
