Edward previously spent 25 years as President of Stroop Design & Construction, a successful Design-Build firm, and is a registered Architect, a Florida Certified General Contractor, and a Certified Roofing Contractor. As an entrepreneur, business owner, executive coach, and former church elder and worship leader, he brings decades of real-world leadership experience and a passion for integrating faith with business.

Edward and his wife, Lesa, have been married for over 40 years, have four children and five grandchildren, and are committed to helping leaders discover their God-given purpose and lead with lasting impact.
