Jamie Shedden is an accomplished business leader with more than three decades of experience building organizations, leading teams, and driving sustainable growth. A Naples native, he has managed more than 140 employees, overseen multiple operating budgets, and led enterprises generating more than $1 million in monthly revenue.
His background spans entrepreneurship, retail, nonprofit leadership, and executive development. As a C12 Chair, Jamie brings strategic insight, operational experience, and a proven ability to challenge leaders, strengthen businesses, and help organizations achieve meaningful results.
Through C12 Southwest Florida, Jamie leads confidential peer advisory forums and provides executive coaching to business owners, CEOs, nonprofit executives, and key leaders throughout Lee and Collier counties.

At St. Matthew's House in Naples, Florida, Jamie served in executive leadership for thrift retail operations for 17 years. His work combined business growth, operational discipline, leadership development, and measurable community impact. He led more than 140 employees, managed 11 leaders, and maintained responsibility for more than 10 operating budgets simultaneously.
As owner and operator of Heavenbound Books, Music & More in Naples, Jamie led an independent Christian retail business serving Southwest Florida for 15 years. He managed the full scope of entrepreneurship, including strategy, sales, staffing, purchasing, marketing, financial performance, and customer experience. Heavenbound was recognized among the top five Christian retail businesses in the United States.
Jamie has also served as a conference speaker and consultant within the nonprofit thrift-store industry, sharing practical experience in retail growth, operational improvement, team leadership, revenue development, and mission-driven business management.
