Southwest Florida
Seth Wiepking
Area Chair serving Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives throughout Southwest Florida.
A ministry foundation strengthened by marketplace leadership.
Seth Wiepking comes to C12 with a vocational background that fits naturally with the C12 Chair model. The first half of his professional career was spent serving as a youth, college, and young adults pastor. He served on staff with multiple Presbyterian churches and also worked with The Navigators, a ministry focused on one-to-one discipleship.
During those years, Seth helped pioneer new ministries and build upon established ministries that needed revitalization. He also received his Master of Divinity degree from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando.
After that season, Seth entered the marketplace through the banking industry. He rose through the ranks quickly and began managing 50-million-dollar branches with multiple regional banks, overseeing deposit and loan growth. As a banking VP, Seth walked shoulder-to-shoulder with owners and CEOs, helping them make business decisions that positioned their companies to flourish.
Seth describes his professional journey before joining C12 as moving from being a minister to being a minister of finance. Through both ministry and marketplace leadership, he learned to see work as ministry and considers it an honor to partner with business owners and CEOs as they build great businesses for a greater purpose.
